Alerations and Changes to the Fosdyke Playing Field

It is prohibited to build erect or otherwise make any permanent change to the area known as The Fosdyke Playing Field without the consent of the Trustees.

This includes the building of walls, changing of layouts to outside spaces, adding or the removing of any structure, including trees and boundary hedgerows.

Interested parties wishing to seek permission to build/erect/plant/remove a structure must first submit plans and statement of works to the Trustees of the Fosdyke Playing Field for approval.

Plans and statement of works should explain what changes are to be made and describe how the work is to be carried out and by whom.

In some cases it may be necessary to have the works carried out by a competent person or company, such as in the case of electrical works.

The requirement for architect drawings and similar will not be required unless the work being proposed is significant.

Any building work or changes to any outdoor areas carried out without permission would be considered a breach of this requirement and the Trustees may request the works to be terminated and returned to their original state at the expense of the group initiating the work. This would be considered a breach of the Tenancy agreement which in extreme cases may be terminated.

Please see consent form which should be used to request changes outlined in this document.
